The Makeup Bar Signature Dermaplaning treatment is a relaxing and indulgent facial treatment with results that will leave your skin smooth, plump and hydrated.
The treatment is inclusive of: Pre-treatment double cleanse, Dermaplaning treatment, post treatment Jelly Mask, facial massage & post treatment skincare.
What is Dermaplaning?
A small, sterile blade is gently used over the surface of the face to remove vellus hair, dead skin cells & debris from the surface of the skin. Dermaplaning causes minor inflammation & trauma to the skin which stimulates collagen & elastin which will aid in reducing pigmentation & fine lines. Dermaplaning also removes peach fuzz & decongests & rejuvenates the skins surface leaving the complexion looking smooth, luminous & soft all the while prepping the face for makeup application.
Results will last 3-4 weeks. You may experience slight inflammation & redness 24 hours post treatment. To improve & maintain results treatments are recommended every 4 weeks. Your artist will provide you with pre and post treatment guidelines.

Dreamy Facial

Drift into bliss with our Dreamy Facial — a deeply relaxing botanical experience designed to soothe your skin and your soul. This rejuvenating treatment begins with a double cleanse to melt away the day, followed by a calming 10-minute lymphatic drainage massage using nourishing oils.
Wrapped in the warmth of a hot towel infused with lavender and citrus mist, you’ll be gently lulled toward dreamland. A luxurious lavender jelly mask calms and hydrates, while a nourishing hair oil and gentle comb scalp massage melt tension away.
